Want More Party Guests?

All birthday party packages include up to 15 guests.

A maximum of 20 guests is permitted.

Additional guests (16–20) are $15 per guest and must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.


  • Deposit: $100

    This option is ideal for families who prefer to host and manage their own activities.

    Includes:

    • Private use of the studio

    • Tables and chairs

    • Staff member on-site to open and close the studio

    Please note:

    • No instructor-led art activity is included

    • Families provide all decorations, food, activities, setup, cleanup, and supervision of guests

    • All activities must take place within the reserved time window

    • The studio must be returned to its original condition by the end of the rental period

  • Deposit: $150

    A guided creative experience led by a Unified Art Studio instructor.

    Includes:

    • Private use of the studio

    • One instructor-led art activity

    • All standard art supplies

    • Basic setup and cleanup related to the art activity

    Families provide:

    • Food and drinks

    • Decorations

    Please note:

    • No instructor-led art activity is included

    • Families provide all decorations and are responsible for setup and cleanup of all non-art party items, including decorations, food, and gifts

    • The studio must be returned to its original condition by the end of the rental period

  • Deposit: $200

    Our premium birthday experience, designed for families looking for a more customized and elevated celebration.

    Includes:

    • Private use of the studio

    • One premium or customized instructor-led art project

    • All art supplies

    • Studio-provided decorations

    • Extended party time

    • Setup and cleanup of all decorations, food, and art activity

    • Priority scheduling

      Cake is not included. Families may bring their own food and drinks or select optional food add-ons.

Afternoon Parties Only

Food add-ons must be selected in advance. Morning parties may bring their own food and cake. Food add-ons include coordination only. Hosts are responsible for serving food to guests.

Add-Ons Policies


Add-ons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.


Pricing is per ad-on and reflects the time and staff reserved for your event.


Face painting and hair tinsel services are offered as group add-ons. Participation may vary and does not affect pricing.


Face painting designs may be adjusted based on time, age, and sensory needs.


Add-ons are available during your scheduled party time unless additional time is reserved.

Supervision & Host Responsibilities

Unified Art Studio staff are present to facilitate the scheduled art activity included in the selected party package and to support the creative experience during that activity only.

Unified Art Studio staff do not provide general supervision, childcare, or custodial care for party guests. Staff do not serve food, manage free play, lead party games, or supervise activities outside of the scheduled art activity.

The designated host and/or parents are responsible for supervising participants at all times outside of the scheduled art activity, including during food service, free play, transitions, and restroom use, as well as managing gifts and general party activities.

Setup, Arrival & Cleanup Policies

Studio Rental (DIY Parties)

  • Includes 30 minutes prior to the party for setup and 30 minutes after the party for cleanup

  • All setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the host

  • Families handle food setup and service

  • The studio must be fully cleaned and reset within the allotted time

Guided Art Parties

  • Includes 30 minutes prior to the party for setup and 30 minutes after the party for cleanup

  • Staff assist with setup and cleanup related to the art activity only

  • Families handle food setup, service, and cleanup

  • Setup and cleanup support may be adjusted based on group needs

VIP Art Experiences

  • Unified Art Studio staff handle all setup and cleanup related to the art experience and studio decorations

  • Food service and guest management remain the responsibility of the host

Early arrival or extended cleanup time must be approved in advance.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time

  • Dates are not held without a deposit

  • Remaining balance and any selected food add-ons are due 7 days prior to the party

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice forfeit the deposit

Liability Waiver Requirement

For the safety of all participants, a liability waiver must be signed for every individual attending the party, including children and adults.

  • A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of minors

  • Waivers may be completed digitally in advance or in person at the studio

  • Participants without a completed waiver may not take part in activities

Additional Notes

  • Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event

  • Additional guests may require additional supplies or staffing and may incur extra fees

  • All parties must end on time to allow for studio reset and the next scheduled event
