Studio Rentals

Looking for unique space for a work event, nonprofit gathering meeting or creative workshop? Unified Art Studio offers flexible rental options for a variety of events, including meetings, workshops, and instructor led creative experiences, with space for up to 25 participants.

We offer standard studio rentals as well as private creative event rentals, depending on the type of event, you're hosting. Please review the options below to determine the best fit for your event.

Studio rental rates do not apply to private creative events, birthday parties or celebrations

Standard Studio Rental Rates (work events, nonprofit gatherings, meetings)

  • $50 per hour (2-hour minimum) – $100 minimum

  • 3-Hour Package: $140

  • 4-Hour Package: $180

  • Additional Time: $50 per extra hour

Private Creative Events (paint & sip, instructor led art/craft workshops)

  • $250 flate rate for a 3 hour private creative event

  • Additional time may be available at $50 per additional hour

Groups wishing to host their own paint & sip, art workshop, or instructor led creative event may rent the studio as a private creative event. These events involve exclusive use of the studio and are priced separately from standard hourly rentals.

This rate applies whether you are hosting a paint & sip, art workshop, or similar creative event.

Renters provide their own instructor, art supplies, and materials and are responsible for setup, event facilitation, and cleanup within the reserved time block.

Amenities:

  • Wi-Fi / Internet access

  • Access to a refrigerator for short term food storage

  • Tables and chairs provided

  • Restroom access

  • Trash and recycling available

  • Freestanding projector screen (small; renter provided projector)

Important Notes:

  • A signed liability waiver is required for all participants for all studio rentals and private events

  • Renters are responsible for ensuring all participants complete a waiver prior to the event.

  • Alcohol may be brought by renters for private events only. Unified Art Studio does not provide alcohol, bartending services, or glassware and assumes no responsibility for the service or consumption of alcohol.

  • Renters are responsible for ensuring all alcohol consumption complies with applicable laws and regulations.

  • A valid credit card is required to remain on file for the duration of the rental and may be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
